I have incorporated strength training into my lifestyle for years, and for the most part I was reasonably consistent and successful. But when I started TJ's program he designed for me, he focused my workouts in a way that I have been able to accomplish and maintain my goals much more efficiently. What used to take 4-5 days per week for 45-60 minutes is accomplished in two 20-30 minute workouts per week. I also like the accountability to get the most out of each of my workouts. TJ's precise instruction helps me avoid injuries, work around ailments and stay on track. AND! After aligning my nutrition with my exercise I lost 40 lbs in just 6 months!

I started working with TJ in 2021 because I wanted to get stronger. I wanted to avoid the general atrophy of muscle tissue that occurs naturally with aging as well as perform better at golf and everyday tasks. We set a goal of one chin-up as something to work towards. When we started I was not even close to doing one and I wasn’t entirely convinced that I would ever get there, but after working hard twice a week and following his plan, I can now do three chin-ups! His plan and instruction provide the push I need and knows how to build muscle without injury. I have always played sports and started strength training when I was 13, but I am stronger now than I’ve ever been.
